We had Bob Vail at our Facility to help us assess our Evaporators and develop plans to improve performance. We followed all his recommendations, including resizing each of the Effects and the Condenser. The Evaporator’s efficiency improved dramatically after the changes were implement. Bob also conducted a very well organized training session for our technical staff. The training was packed with valuable information, and it was presented very clearly, making it suitable not only for technical staff but also for people who are completely new to Evaporation equipment. He explained all the fundamentals and components that make Evaporators work, and also provided invaluable troubleshooting technics to help us identify and correct common Evaporator problems. Bob’s Evaporator expertise, combined with his natural teaching skills makes him an invaluable resource for any company who wants to improve their knowledge of Evaporators, or make improvements to their Evaporation systems.
